Synthetic rat PRP conjugated to BSA.
Specificity
Tested on rat tissues. Does not work on human tissues. Positive control: Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of rat duodenum, fundus or antrum. Absorption with 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining, while PACAP27, PACAP38, VIP, PHI, CRF, oxytocin and vasopressin do not.
