Specificity
Recognizes Proteasome 26S, P52 Subunit. Species cross-reactivity: Xenopus laevis; XLKE-A6 (X. laevis). Cultured Cell Lines: PLC, A-431, MCF-7, CaCo (human); RVF (rat); Ptk2 (kangaroo rat). Does not react with 3T3 (mouse).

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Not recommended for Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:5-1:10 when using the ECL method. Dilution buffer: 0.15 M PBS with 0.1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
