Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Immunocytochemistry: 5 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin sections. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml, detects bands of ~40 and ~100kD representing both the short and the long forms of the prolactin receptor.
