Recognizes PKC zeta (72kD). Also recognizes a 66kD protein whose detection is blocked with the immunizing peptide and a non-specific protein at ~54kD whose detection is not blocked by the immunizing peptide. Species cross-reactivity: mouse and human.

- Western blot (1:500 - 1:2000)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. Positive control: A431 cell lysate: Add 2.5u of 2-mercapto- ethanol/100 ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20 ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
