Synthetic Protein Kinase C beta1 [661-671] (rat) covalently attached onto a carrier protein.
Specificity
Recognizes Protein Kinase beta1 [661-671] and the reactivity of Protein Kinase C beta2 [660-673] is greater than 0.2%. Does not react to Protein Kinase C alpha [664-672], Protein Kinase C gamma [681-689], Protein Kinase C delta [662-673], Protein Kinase C epsilon [728-737], Protein Kinase C xi [480-492], Protein Kinase C eta and Protein Kinase C theta. Has been found to stain specifically intracellular regions of fixed cultured cells by indirect immunofluorescence.
