Synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-Terminus of the human AMPK gamma 2 (5’-AMP-activated protein kinase, gamma-2 subunit, PRKAG2) protein, which differs from mouse by one amino acid.
Specificity
Reacts with the N-terminal region of the human AMPK 2 protein. On Western blots, it identifies a target band at ~63kD for human and ~62kD for mouse. Reactivity has been confirmed with human NGP96 neuroblastoma lysates, JEG-3 human placenta choriocarcinoma lysates, and mouse liver homogenates.
