Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.25-1 ug/ml. Detects Spinophilin/Neurabin-II in 20 ug of a rat brain microsomal preparation. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitates Spinophilin/Neurabin-II from 500 ug of rat brain microsomal preparation.
