A 16 AA peptide near the N-Terminus of human PINK1. The immunogen is located within aa 120-170 of PINK1.
Specificity
PINK1 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least two isoforms are known to exist; this antibody will only detect the longer isoform. PINK1 antibody will detect the cleaved and uncleaved form of PINK1.

Usage
PINK1 antibody can be used for detection of PINK1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human, mouse, and rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 55 kDa Observed: 53 kDa
