Specificity
Recognizes phosphorylated serine both as free amino acid and when coupled to carriers such as BSA or KLH. Does not cross-react with non-phosphorylated serine, phosphothreonine, phosphotyrosine, AMP or ATP.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Indirect ELISA. Western Blot: 1:500 (colorimetric). Indirect ELISA: 1:4000. Note: Do not use milk as a blocking agent or in diluents, as milk casein is phosphorylated at several serine residues. BSA is recommended instead. Positive control: Rat brain cortex.
