Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Phospho-enol-Pyruvate-Carboxylase [Maize]. Cross reactivity against Phospho-enol-Pyruvate-Carboxylase from other sources may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Anti-Phospho Enol Pyruvate Carboxylase antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Phospho-enol-Pyruvate-Carboxylase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:3000 to 1:12000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
