Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 45kDa band observed in Human Duodenum lysates (calculated MW of 45.2kDa according to NP_852125.1 and 44.8kDa according to NP_852126.1). See non-biotinylated parental product's datasheet for further QC data. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml.
