Western Blot: Approx 25kD band observed in Human Brain (Cerebral Cortex, Cerebellum and Hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 18.8kD according to NP_001108.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
