Specificity
Recognizes Bacillus anthracis Protective antigen (Anthrax). Does not cross-react with Lethal Factor (LF) of Bacillus anthracis, Y. Pestis, F. Tularensis and Toxoplasma gondii. The cross-reactivity in various species is not known.

- ELISA (0.1 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml. Using ECL technique. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml; Use control peptide to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
