Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1 ug/ml. ELISA: 1:4000 (0.5 ug/ml). Western Blot: 5-10 ug/ml; Reducing or non-reducing conditions, EDTA-extracted fraction of bovine bone. Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 ug/ml (human cartilage tissue).
