Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx 48kDa band observed in Jurkat nuclear lysates (calculated MW of 50.4kDa according to NP_002543.2). See non-biotinylated parental product's datasheet for further QC data. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. Chromatin immunoprecipitation: reported by a customer to work very well in ChIP.
