A 15 AA peptide near the N-Terminus of human OLIG2. The immunogen is located within aa 80-130 of OLIG2.
Specificity
OLIG2 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. It is predicted to not cross-react with other members of the OLIG family of proteins. At least three isoforms of OLIG2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all three isoforms.

Usage
OLIG2 antibody can be used for detection of OLIG2 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for Immunohistochemistry at 5 ug/mL. For Immunoflorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse and rat samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse and rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 36 kDa Observed: 37 kDa
