Usage

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx 55kD band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates (calculated MW of 22.4kD according to NP_006170.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Ghinelli et al, Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci. 2003 Aug;44(8):3352-7; PMID: 12882781). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.
