Usage
For western blots of yeast protein samples (cell and nuclear lysates), try Nsr1p antibody diluted 1:10000, followed by chemiluminescent detection (ECL). For non-ECL western detection methods, try the antibody diluted 1:1000-1:5000. For immunofluorescence on yeast cells, try the antibody diluted 1:500-1:5000.
