Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:25. Microwave antigen retrieval required. Immunofluorescence: Frozen tissue. Western Blot: 1:250; 1 hr at RT or overnight at 4?C.
