Usage
For western blots of yeast protein samples, use Nop5p antibody diluted 1:10000, followed by chemiluminescent detection (ECL). For immunofluorescence on yeast cells, use the antibody diluted 1:1000-1:10000. We routinely dilute to 1:2000.
