Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1 ng/well. Immunohistochemistry: 25 ug/ml detects NETO1 in paraffin-embedded normal human cortex sections.
