Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Functional Blocking. Western Blot (ECL detection): 0.1 ug/ml will detect chicken and mouse NCAM. Immunohistochemistry (Wide range of fixatives): 1 ug/ml will detect chicken NCAM; 2 ug/ml will detect mouse NCAM. ELISA: 0.3 ug/ml.
