Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. ELISA - Direct and indirect: 1:2000-1:5000. Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin sections (1:500-1:1000. Western Blot - 1:2000-1:5000 using ECL. suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature.

PBS, pH 7.4, no preservatives.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
