Specificity
Recognizes an epitope on mouse I-Ek MHC class II alloantigen. Reacts with the I-Ek class II alloantigen on cells from mice of the H-2r haplotype; reactivity with H-2d and H-2p haplotypes has not been observed.

Usage
Flow cytometry. Complement-mediated cytotoxicity. Flow Cytometry: 0.2 ug/1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

PBS, 0.09% sodium azide and a stabilizing agent.
Storage
Do not freeze. Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing PE conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
