Specificity
Recognizes an epitope on mouse I-Ek MHC class II alloantigen. Reacts with the I-Ek class II alloantigen on cells from mice of the H-2d, H-2p, and H-2r haplotypes. Has been reported to cross-react with the rat class II alloantigen RT1D.

Usage
Flow cytometry. Complement-dependent cytotoxicity. Immunoprecipitation. In vitro induction of antigen-specific B-cell differentiation. In vitro blocking of antigen presentation. Immunohistochemistry (acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections). The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
