Specificity
Recognizes a monomorphic determinant on MHC class II, HLA-D region molecules. Detects the molecules of the HLA-DR, DP and DQ loci. Inhibits the mixed lymphocyte culture. Also reacts with MHC class II molecules of various animals and is a useful tool for studies with dogs.

Usage
