Recognizes an epitope in the alpha3 domain that is common to H-2Kd and H-2Dd. Binds to a common determinant in the alpha3 domains of H-2Kd and H-2Dd in the presence or absence of b2 microglobulin. It cross-reacts with the alpha3 domain of H-2Kb.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Complement-mediated cytotoxicity. Flow Cytometry: 1 ug/1E6 cells. Immunohistochemistry: acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections.
