Usage
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Immunocytochemistry: 1:50-1:200 on HeLa and COS7 cells fixed with ice-cold methanol. Formaldehyde fixation can reduce the staining intensity if left in contact with the cells for more than 15-20minutes. Immunohistochemistry: Cold methanol fixed tissue.
