Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Lysozyme [Hen Egg White]. Cross reactivity against Lysozyme from other sources is unknown.

Usage
Anti-Lysozyme Antibody is suitable for western blotting, IP and for ELISA. Researchers should determine optimal titers for applications that are not stated below. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
