Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

LRG1 / LRG antibody was raised against recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 301 of LRG1 (SwissProt P02750).
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: Western blot: 1:500-1:3000. IHC-Paraffin: 7.5 µg/ml. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
The leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, including LRG1, have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation (O'Donnell et al., 2002 [PubMed 12223515]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]
