Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 30-33kDa band observed in Human Heart and Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 46.9kDa according to NP_002308.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Kuivaniemi et al, J Biol Chem. 1984 Jun 10;259(11):6996-7002). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml.
