Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Species: Human, Mouse, Hamster, Primate
Applications: IHC, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Western blot of LPP monoclonal antibody against truncated LPP-His recombinant protein and HeLa cell lysate.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Detection of Human LPP by Immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human osteosarcoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-LPP used at a dilution of 1:200 (1 Detection: DAB.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Immunohistochemistry image at a dilution of 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human small intestine tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0) . Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4 °C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, ELISA
Immunocytochemical staining of a rat cardiac fibroblast using anti-Lipoma Preferred Partner, pAb (IG-817) (LPP; red fluorescence) and a green-fluorescent phalloidin derivative staining filamentous actin. LPP is a protein related to the cytoskeletal and focal adhesion protein zyxin.
Species: Human, Rat, Pig
Applications: IHC, ICC, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation

Product Description

LPP antibody LS-C313165 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to LPP (LIM Protein) from human and monkey. Validated for WB.
About LIM Protein / LPP
May play a structural role at sites of cell adhesion in maintaining cell shape and motility. In addition to these structural functions, it may also be implicated in signaling events and activation of gene transcription. May be involved in signal transduction from cell adhesion sites to the nucleus allowing successful integration of signals arising from soluble factors and cell-cell adhesion sites.
