Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug immunoprecipitates LexA-pRB from 500 ug LexA-pRB transfected yeast lysate.

0.1 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
