A 16 AA synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of human TYW4. The immunogen is located within the first 50 AA of TYW4.
Specificity
TYW4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other TYW protein family members. At least two isoforms of TYW4 are known to exist; this antibody will detect only the long isoform.

Usage
TYW4 antibody can be used for detection of TYW4 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
