Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence. Immunoprecipitation: 8-10 ug immunoprecipitated LAT from 500 ug of Jurkat RIPA lysate.
