Specificity
Reactive Polypeptide: Acidic human cytokeratin 9 (MW 62129), expressed in the palmoplantar epidermis. The antiserum represents an excellent marker to study palmoplantar epidermal distribution and differentiation, specifically reactive in the middle/upper suprabasal layers (stratum spinosum/granulosum) of the epidermis of palm and sole. Species cross-reactivity: Human, bovine, mouse and rat.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded cells and tissue). Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:200; 1:50 for paraffin-embedded tissue; Incubation Time 1 hr at RT; extended with paraffin. Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10000 (ECL).
