Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (ABC): 1:10-1:20 on paraffin and frozen sections. Dilute immediately before use with PBS or TBS. No proteolytic pretreatment required. HEIR in citrate buffer is useful. Positive control: Glandular epithelia.
