Specificity
Human, mouse, rat, bovine, pig, dog, species tested so far are hamster, sheep, fish (trout). Ks 18.04 represents an excellent marker to discriminate simple epithelial from those of differrent origin. Reactive in the following cell lines: HeLa and MCF-7 Specifically detected in the following tumors: adeno CA; mammary CA, Urinary bladder CA, undifferentiated CA, cervix CA, hepatocellular CA.

Usage
Antigen retrieval using a microwave is recommended for paraffin-embedded tissues.
