Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 35 kDa band observed in human lymph node and human spleen lysates (calculated MW of 25.3 kDa according to NP_031386.1). The observed molecular weight is explained by glycosylation (Han et al, Blood. 2004 Nov 1;104(9):2858-66. Epub 2004 Jul 6; PMID: 15238421). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.
