Immunogen
Anti-KLH (MOUSE) Monoclonal Antibody was produced in mouse by repeated immunizations with KLH (Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin) followed by hybridoma development.
Specificity
Does not cross react with mouse heart or skin tissue sections. Cross-reactivity from other sources has not been determined.
Usage
Anti-KLH can be used as an IgM isotype control in various assays or in ELISA assays to detect KLH or KLH conjugates. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
