Usage
WB: Detected c-Jun in RIPA lysates from human A431 cells, and previously in Jurkat cell lysate. A431 RIPA cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Rabbit Anti-c-Jun (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
