PHA-stimulated human mononuclear cells.
Specificity
Recognizes a glycoprotein of 110 kD molecular weight present on human platelets and also reacts with megakaryocytes and megakaryoblasts. The antigen is also present on endothelium and osteoclasts. The glycoprotein IIIa molecule produced by endothelium cells is identical in sequence to platelet glycoprotein IIIa.

Usage
The recommended starting dilution range is 1:25 - 1:50 (optimal dilution to be determined by researcher). An incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature is suggested. The antibody is not compatible with Zenker and B5 fixed tissues. Enzymatic predigestion of paraffin-embedded tissues is recommended. Positive control: tonsil.
