Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:12.5-1:100 with avidin-biotinylated horseradish peroxidase complex as detection reagent. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500. Optimum dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage
