Specificity
Recognizes the murine homologue of human CD11c, which is a 150/90kD member of the beta 2 integrin family. In mice, CD11c is primarily expressed by dendritic cells. Clone N418 has been reported to enhance antigen specific responses when used to target dendritic cells in vivo

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.
