Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, RIA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry (frozen) and Immunofluorescence. Western Blot: 1:500. Immunoprecipitation: 10 ul precipitates alpha3/beta1 from 5x1E6 cells. Immunohistochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 1:250; acetone-fixed tissue sections. Positive control: Human fetal foreskin fibroblasts (HFFF) neuroblastomas.
