Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry and Inhibition assays. ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml. Western Blot: 2 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 2 ug/ml with paraformaldehyde fixation. Immunoprecipitation: 1 ug/ml. Flow Cytometry: 2 ug/ml. Inhibition Assay: 1-5 ug/ml. Using activated human lymphocyte binding to laminin, collagen IV and fibronectin.
