- Western blot
Usage
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry, Inhibition and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 ug for lysate of 1E6 cells. Flow Cytometry: 10 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue sections): 5 ug/ml. Inhibition: 10 ug/ml Inhibits VLA-2 mediated cell adhesion to collagen and laminin.
