Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular INA / Alpha Internexin Products

Rat facial nucleus before (left) and after (right) facial nerve lesion. Note the profound upregulation of alpha-internexin in the facial nucleus motor neurons.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Anti-INA / Alpha Internexin antibody IHC staining of human brain, cerebellum. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody dilution 1:100.
Species: Human, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Mixed cultures of rat CNS cells stained with INA / Alpha Internexin antibody (red) and chicken antibody to Microtubule associated protein 2 (MAP2- green). The a</span>-internexin is localized primarily in neuronal axons in these cultures, while the perikarya and dendrites of neurons stain strongly for MAP2.
Species: Rat, Human
Applications: IHC, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
