Recognizes human Interleukin - 4 (IL-4), a 20kD cytokine which is expressed by a subpopulation of activated T cells and mast cells. Reported to neutralize IL-4 activity (2,5). Species cross-reactivity: Rhesus Monkey.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. *Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000. Immunohistochemistry: frozen.
