IL2RA / CD25 antibody was raised against stimulated Rat T cells.
Specificity
Recognizes the alpha chain of rat Interleukin 2 Receptor, a 55kD type I membrane glycoprotein, expressed by activated T cells but not resting lymphocytes. Also expressed by dendritic cells found in the thymus medulla.
